Step 2Click "Run" in the "File Download - Security Warning" window.  Step 3If you see this screen, click on "Run" in the "Internet Explorer - Security Warning" window.  Step 4If you are using Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7, click on "Yes" in the "User Account Control" window.  Step 5The installer verifies that your environment meets all of the minimum requirements for installing and configuring the product that you have choosen to install.  Step 6When the Verizon Internet Security Suite Powered by McAfee installation starts, you may be asked to uninstall any existing security software.For optimum performance, we strongly recommend you remove your existing software and use the Verizon Internet Security Suite Powered by McAfee as your single, comprehensive security service. To uninstall a conflicting program, select it in the "Conflicting Programs" window, click on the "Uninstall" button as shown below and follow the uninstall instructions.  Step 7This screen indicates Verizon Internet Security Suite installation is in progress.  Step 8With the Verizon Internet Security Suite Powered by McAfee successfully installed on your computer, the following icon will be present on your desktop. The Verizon Internet Security Suite Powered by McAfee will be running at this point. Please check your settings to configure your security features.  | |||||
